October 6, 1919, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3460, folio 347, etc.

87. To the following bequests under the last will and testa-
ment of George W. Hubbard, late of Dorchester, County, de-
ceased, dated the 20th day of June, 1919, viz; (a) To Beck-
with's Church, Dorchester County, Maryland, the sum of five
hundred dollars; (b) to the Cemetery Company of Cambridge,
Maryland, the sum of two hundred dollars, and (c) to Cam-
bridge Lodge Number 66, A. F. and A. Masons, of Cambridge,
Maryland, the sum of two hundred dollars.

88. To the sale, grant and conveyance by Charges Schmidt,
Trustee, to the Trustee 0f the Harlem Park Methodist Episco-
pal Church of Baltimore City, of a certain lot of ground and
premises in Baltimore City, State of Maryland, by deed dated
September 30, 1919, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3453, folio 367, etc.

Approved April 9, 1920.

CHAPTER 347.

AN ACT to authorize the State Roads Commission of Mary-
land to build an improved State road from Waterloo on
the Washington-Baltimore Boulevard in Howard County,
through the town of Jessups to a point on the concrete
road from Severn to Camp Meade in Anne Arundel
County.

(Vetoed.)

CHAPTER 348.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 532 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland passed at the January Session,
1900, as now codified in Section 249 of Article 27 of
Bagby's Annotated Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title
"Health-Milk-Pure Skimmed," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 532 of the Acts of the General Assembly
passed at the January Session, 1900, as now codified in Sec-
tion 249 of Article 27 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Crimes and Punishments,"
