all the interest and right of said Association to the tract of
land containing 33.63 acres, more or less, comprising the west-
erly portion of Block 51 of B. F. Gilbert's Addition to the
town of Takoma Park, Montgomery County, the same being
a portion of the land conveyed to the said Association by B. H.
Warner, et al, in 1904, and recorded among the Land Records
of Montgomery County in Liber 178, folio 313.

66. To the deed to be made and recorded in the future from
the Washington (D. C.) Sanitarium Association to the Gen-
eral Conference Corporation of Seventh Day Adventists of its
interest and right to a certain parcel of land which the said
Association obtained from Ella R. Shafer, as fully described
in a deed recorded in the Land Records of Montgomery
County in Liber 222, folio 461.

67. To the deed made and recorded in the future by the
Washington Sanitarium Association to the Washington For-
eign Missionary Seminary or College of its interest and right
to the easterly portion of Block No. 51 of B. F. Gilbert's sub-
division of Takoma Park, Montgomery County, containing
13.53 acres, more or less, as particularly described in the deed
recorded in the Land Records of Montgomery County, Liber
240, folio 2.

68. To the conveyance by Roger Wm. Brown and Elizabeth
Jane Brown to the Washington Foreign Missionary Seminary
or College, a corporation, to Lot No. 1 in Block No. 52 of B.
F. Gilbert's Addition to Takoma Park, said deed being
recorded in the Land Records of Montgomery County in Liber
242, folio 192.

69. To the deed of the Saint Matthew's African Union
First Methodist Protestant Church, of Baltimore City, a body
corporate, to the Wayland Baptist Church, of Baltimore City,
a body corporate, conveying property located on East Lexing-
ton street near Aisquith street, Baltimore City, Maryland,
which deed is dated June 2nd, 1910, and duly recorded in
Liber S. C. L. 2585, folio 488, etc., one of the Land Records of
Baltimore City, Maryland.

70. To the deed of Sarah E. Osborne to Saint Matthew's
African Union First Colored Methodist Protestant Church,
a body corporate, located in Baltimore City, property covered
by which deed is located on the north side of Lexington street,
near Aisquith street, in Baltimore City, Maryland, which deed
