more or less, located in Prince George's County, Maryland; the
said deed being dated November 7th, 1916, and recorded
among the Land Records of Prince George's County, Mary-
land, in Liber No. 120, folio 373 ; (c) and to the sale, grant and
deed made and executed by Marvin A. Munger and Georgie
S. Munger, his wife, to "Sisters of Providence St. Mary of
the Woods, Indiana," a religious corporation, of forty acres
of land, more or less, located in Prince George's Count.v,
Maryland; the said deed being dated September 11, 1919, and
recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's County,
Maryland, in Liber 143, folio 261.

62. To the deed to "Holly Hills Farm," partly in Prince
George's County and partly in Montgomery County, conveyed
by Woodward and Lothrop, a corporation, to the Washington
(D. C.) Sanitarium Association, a corporation of the District
of Columbia, said deed being recorded June 3, 1919, in Liber
138, folio 373, of the Land Records of Prince George's County,
and on June 10, 1919, in Liber 280, folio 379, of the Land
Records of Montgomery County.

63. To the deed by Benjamin G. Wilkinson and wife,
Dorothy H. Wilkinson, Benjamin F. Machlan and wife,
Myrta Machlan, and Harry E. Miller and wife, Marie E.
Miller, to the Washington (D. C.) Sanitarium Association, con-
veying lot No. 14 in Block No. 49, as per plat of said sub-
division recorded in Plat Book No. 2, folio 101 of the Land
Records of Montgomery County, the said deed being recorded
July 18, 1919, in Liber 282, folio 186, of the Land Records of
Montgomery County.

64. To the deed to be recorded in the future by the Washing-
ton (D. C.) Sanitarium Association to the General Conference
Corporation of Seventh Day Adventists, both corporations
organized under the laws of the District of Columbia, the
said deed to convey all the right and interest of the said
Sanitarium Association to the "Holly Hills Farm," as de-
scribed in a deed dated June 3, 1919, and recorded in Liber
138, folio 373, one of the Land Records of Prince George's
County, and in a deed dated July 18, 1919, and recorded in
Liber 282, folio 186, one of the Land Records of Montgomery
County.

65. To the deed to be made and recorded in the future
from the Washington (D. C.) Sanitarium Association to the
