Records of Baltimore City, aforesaid, in Liber R. 0. No. 2124,
folio 60, etc.
71. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament and codicil thereto of Catherine C. Lanahan, late of
Baltimore County, deceased, said last will and testament and
codicil thereto being of record in the office of the Register of
Wills of Baltimore County: (a) To the Little Sisters of the
Poor, Preston and Valley streets, in the City of Baltimore,
the sum of ten thousand dollars; (b) to the Academy of the
Visitation, B. V. M., at Mount de Sales, Baltimore County,
Maryland, the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars; (c) to the
Catholic University at Washington, D. C., the sum of five
thousand dollars; (d) to the Trustees of St. Charles College,
sum of five thousand dollars; (e) to the Sisters of Bon Secours,
the sum of ten thousand dollars; (f) to the Associated Profes-
sors of Loyola College in the City of Baltimore, the sum of
twenty-five thousand dollars, absolutely, and also the sum of
ten thousand dollars, absolutely; (g) to the Baltimore Acad-
emy of the Visitation, a corporation, 604 Park avenue, Balti-
more, the sum of ten thousand dollars; (h) to the Catholic
Foreign Mission Society of America, Incorporated (Maryknoll,
Ossining P. 0., New York,), the sum of five thousand dollars
for the purpose of establishing a burse in memory of the
testatrix and her husband; (i) an interest in a trust fund
of ten thousand dollars bequeathed to the Pastor of St. Mary 's
Catholic Church, Govanstown, Maryland, for the period, of
twenty years accounting from the date of the death of the '
testatrix; (j) an interest in a trust fund of twenty thousand
dollars bequeathed to the Pastor of St. William's Catholic
Church at Ten Hills, Maryland, for the period of twenty
years accounting from the date of the death of the testatrix.
72. To the devises and bequests contained in the Ninth and
Twenty-sixth Articles of the last will and testament and
codicil of James Houston Eccleston, deceased; said last will
and testament and codicil being dated respectively June 14,
1907, and May 18, 1910, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Liber H. W. J. No.
110, folio 22, etc.
73. To the grant, deed and conveyance of land from Julia
A. Rayhice to First G-erman Evangelical Lutheran St. John's
Congregation of Baltimore City, dated September 10, 1910,
