cording to the discipline and government of the Roman
Catholic Church, a corporation sole, dated October 16. 1918,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 3272, folio 57, etc.

59. To the bequest of the sum of two hundred dollars to
the Mt. Calvary Episcopal Church, Madison and Eutaw
streets, Baltimore, Maryland, by the will of Juliet E. McCurdy,
of Baltimore City, deceased, and recorded among the wills
records of Baltimore City in the office of the Register of
Wills.

60. To the deed of a lot of ground in the City of Baltimore,
State of Maryland, from Charles C. Buck to the German
Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Congregation, Unaltered
Augsburg Confession, in Baltimore, Maryland; said deed bear-
ing date the 10th day of March, in the year one thousand
nine hundred and twenty, and recorded among the Land Rec-
ords of Baltimore City, State of Maryland, in Liber S. C. L.
No. 3533, folio 577, etc., the property therein described being
situate on the west side of Ann street, fifty-six feet south of
the southwest corner of Ann and Fayette streets, and at the
south side of an alley eight feet and six inches wide there
situate; running southerly on the west side of Ann street
fourteen feet, with an even depth westerly, sixty-five feet to the
east side of ten-foot alley there situate; with power to hold
said lot of ground, and to sell, dispose of, mortgage or lease
the same, or any part of the same.

61. To the three sales, grants and deeds of real estate
located in Prince George's County, Maryland, made and
executed to the "Sisters of Providence of St. Mary of the
Woods, Indiana," a religious corporation, to wit: (a) To the
sale, grant and deed made and executed by Irvin Owings and
Jeanette G. Owings, his wife, to "Sisters of Providence St.
Mary of the Woods, Indiana," a religious corporation, of six-
teen acres, ten and one-fourth perches of land, more or less,
located in Prince George's County, Maryland; the said deed
being dated November 7th, 1916, and recorded among the Land
Records of Prince George's County, Maryland, in Liber No.
120, folio 374; (b) and to the sale, grant and deed made and
executed by Walter B. Payne and Margaret R. Payne, his wife,
to "Sisters of Providence St. Mary of the Woods, Indiana,"
a religious corporation, of ten and one-fourth acres of land.
