44. To the deed and conveyance from James R. L. Diggs
and Roberta M. Diggs, his wife, to the Trustees of the Trinity
Baptist Church of Baltimore City, of the property located at
the northeast side of Druid Hill avenue and the southeast side
of Robert street; the said deed being dated October 2, 1915,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L. No. 3003, folio 244.

45. To the following devises and bequests contained in the
last will and testament of Elizabeth M. Dare, deceased, said
will an,d testament is recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of Frederick County in Liber W. I. P. No. 6, folio 366;
namely, to the Trustees of the Jefferson Reformed Congrega-
tion of the Jefferson charge, classis of Maryland, Synod of the
Potomac Reformed Church of the United States, house and lot
located in Jefferson, Frederick County, Md., and certain per-
sonal property mentioned in the last will and testament of
Elizabeth M. Dare.

46. To the following gift and bequest contained in the last
will and testament of Cephas M. Thomas, deceased, late of
Frederick County, Md., said will and testament being recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Frederick County in
Liber A. M. P. No. 1, folio 223: To Blue Ridge College, now
located at New Windsor, Carroll County, Maryland, a body
corporate, the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for the
general purposes of said College.

47. To the deed and conveyance from the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, et al, to the Evangelical Lutheran
Church of the Atonement; the said deed being dated March 4,
1919. and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L. No. 3336, folio 85, etc.

48. To the deed and conveyance from the vestry of Em-
manuel Church, Baltimore, and Joseph Packard and James M.
Ambler, Trustees, to William J. Parker; the said deed being
dated October 22, 1918, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3275, folio 58.

49. To the deed and conveyance from Joseph Packard and
James M. Ambler, Trustees of the James Houston Eccleston
Trust, to the vestry of Emmanuel Church, Baltimore; the
