will and testament of Philemon H. Golt, late of Queen Anne's
County, State of Maryland, deceased, dated January 20, 1917,
duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court of Queen
Anne's County, Maryland, on September 27. 1919. and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Queen Anne's
County in Liber W. T. B. No. 1, folio 191, etc., a will record
book for Queen Anne's County aforesaid.

30. To the gift and devise to the Trustees of the Methodist
Protestant Church at Centreville, in Queen Anne's County,
in the State of Maryland, a body corporate, made by C. Syd-
ney Jump, late of Queen Anne's County, Maryland, deceased,
in his last will and testament, bearing date the 3rd day of
June, 1904, duly admitted to probate by the Orphans' Court
for Queen Anne's County, Maryland, on March 25th, 1919,
a.nd recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Queen
Anne's County in Liber W. T. B. No. 1, folio 167. etc.. a will
record book for Queen Anne's County aforesaid, the said gift
and devise being in the following language, to wit: "I do
further give and bequeath to my beloved wife all of my real
estate consisting of a dwelling and lot, situated on the public
road leading to Centreville Landing adjoining the lands of
Mrs. M. A. Taylor on the one side and Dr. Troy on the other,
to be hers during her natural life and no longer, and at her
death to go to the Trustees of the Methodist Protestant Church
in Centreville, Queen Anne's County, Maryland, forever, and
the said property to be rented out and the proceeds to be ap-
plied to the payment of the pastor's salary as my part."

31. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of John M. Payne, deceased, late of St. Mary's County, of
the sura of five hundred ($500) dollars to the Rev. John W.
Casey for saying masses by said Rev. John W. Casey; said
will and testament being recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of St. Mary's County in Liber B. and C. No. 1. folio
103, etc.

32. To the following gift and bequest contained in the last
will and testament of Margaret A. Levy, deceased, late of
Frederick County, said will and testament is duly recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Frederick County in
Wills Liber A. M. P. No. 1, folio 192; namely, to "the Council
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Zion, of Middletown,
Frederick County, Maryland," the sum of one hundred ($100)
dollars.
