Church, Huntington, Baltimore County, for its corporate pur-
poses; (b) under item 34 of the last will and testament of
Margaret P. Johnston, deceased, the sum of $1,000 absolutely
to the vestry of St. John's Church, Huntington, to be expended
as stipulated under item 34 of the said last will and testament.

26. To the deed from William J. Clendeniii and wife to the
Church of the Redeemer, dated December 31st, 1902, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
R. O. No. 1994, folio 10, etc., conveying two parcels of ground
in Baltimore City on Oliver street and south of said street and
described in said deed and to the lease from William J. Clen-
denin and wife to the Church of the Redeemer, dated June
27th, 1899, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber R. 0. No. 1797, folio 435, etc., of a lot of
ground on Oliver street in the City of Baltimore.

27. To the bequest contained in Item 4 of tlie last will and
testament of Mary C. S. Franklin, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased, of the amount of securities sufficient to yield a clear
annual income of $250 to be paid to the Ashland Presby-
terian Church at Ashland, Baltimore County, Maryland.

28: To the following gifts and bequests contained in the
last will and testament of Mary Ellen Rudy, deceased, late of
Frederick County. Said will and testament is recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills of Frederick County in Liber
S. D. T. No. 2, folio 437: (a) To the consistory of Christ's
Reformed Congregation of Middletown, Frederick County,
Maryland, the sum of two hundred ($200) dollars, in trust,
to be invested and the income therefrom to be applied to the
following purposes, viz: The income from one hundred ($100)
dollars of said fund shall be paid annually to the Cemetery
Board of such congregation, to be used by said Cemetery
Board in keeping in good condition the family lot of Mary
Ellen Rudy including her grave, in the Reformed Cemetery,
Middletowu, Maryland; (b) the income from fifty ($50) dol-
lars of said fund shall be paid annually towards the salary
of the pastor of said congregation; (c) the income from the
remaining fifty ($50) dollars of said fund shall be paid an-
nually to the local Missionary Society of Said congregation.

29. To the bequest of the sum of four hundred dollars
($400) to the Right Reverend John James Monaghan, Bishop
of Wilmington, for the use of St. Joseph's Catholic Church
of Talbot County, Maryland, contained in item 2 of the last
