16. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Mary E. Bryarly, late of Baltimore City, de-
ceased: (a) Bequest of five hundred ($500) dollars to the
First Baptist Church of Baltimore, Maryland; (b) bequest of
five hundred ($500) dollars to the Baptist Home of Maryland,
Incorporated, of Baltimore, Maryland.

17. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
on Garrison avenue, between Brookline and Liberty Heights
avenues in the City of Baltimore, to the St. Mark's Methodist
Episcopal Church of Forest Park of Baltimore City, a body
corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of
Maryland, from Forest Park Company of Baltimore City, a
body corporate, said deed being recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 351]. folio 135,
so that the fee simple title to said lot may vest absolutely in
said Saint Mark's Methodist Episcopal Church of Forest Park
of Baltimore City, a body corporate, its successors and assigns,
to its own and their own use and behoof, with full and com-
plete powers to encumber and dispose of the same.

18. To the deed to be recorded from the German Immanuel
Reformed Congregation, a body corporate, to St. Paul's
Methodist Episcopal Church, Colored, a body corporate, of all
that property situate in Baltimore City, to wit: The lot of
ground and improvements at the northwest corner of Saratoga
and Schroeder streets, improved by a church building and also
by dwellings known as Nos. 1010 W. Saratoga street and 306
and 308 N. Schroeder street.

19. To the bequest made by and contained in the last will
and testament of Richard Heater, deceased, of five hundred
($500) dollars to Saint Joseph's Roman Catholic Church of
the "Manor" in Frederick County, State of Maryland, the
said sum to be paid by the executor to the proper church au-
thorities authorized to receipt to him for said sum, the said
sum of money to be expended and used as may be necessary
in keeping said church in repair. The said last will and testa-
ment of Richard Heater bearing date May 30th, A. D. 1917,
is duly recorded in Liber S. T. D. No. 2, folio 550, one of the
record books for wills in the office of the Register of Wills for
Frederick County, Maryland.

20. To the bequest of $200 as contained in the last will and
testament of John Happ, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to
St. Matthew's German Evangelical Lutheran Church, de-
