Church of God, Findlay, Ohio, the sum of fifty-two dollars and
twenty-two cents, being one-half of the residue; (d) to the
Deaconess Board of the General Synod of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of the United States, the sum of fifty-two
dollars and twenty-two cents, being the one-half of the residue.

3. To the grant and deed made and executed by Alexander
Rubin to the Anshe Bobruish Noosach Aree Hebrew Congrega-
tion of Baltimore City, said deed being dated August 10, 1915,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber S. C. L., No. 2993, folio 333.

4... To the grant and deed made and executed by the Gott-
lieb-Bauernschmidt-Straus Brewing Company, a body cor-
porate, and the Mercantile Trust and Deposit Company of
Baltimore, a body corporate, Trustee, to the Serbian Church
Association of Baltimore City, a body corporate, said deed
being recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber S. C. L., No. 2957, folio 418, conveying a certain lot
of ground and improvements thereon, known as No. 1326
McHenry street, in the City of Baltimore, situated at the north-
west corner of McHenry street and Woodyear Alley.

5. To the following bequests, .devises and gifts under the
will of Elizabeth Sophia Lish, deceased, recorded in the office
of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber
H. W. J., No. 130, folio 243, etc., namely:

Under Item 2 of said will:

Interest in remainder in United Railways & Electric Co. of
Baltimore bonds of the testatrix bequeathed to St. Luke's
Protestant Episcopal Church of Baltimore, Maryland.

Under Item 3 of said will:

Interest in remainder in Maryland Life Insurance Co. stock
of the testatrix bequeathed to St. Luke's Protestant Episcopal
Church, of Baltimore, Md.

Under Item 4 of said will:

Interest in remainder in ground rents on Sharp street and
Carey street, Baltimore, Md., belonging to the testatrix, de-
vised to St. Luke's Protestant Episcopal Church of Balti-
more, Md.

6. To the grant and deed made and executed by the
Trustees of Frederick Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church,
South, in the City of Baltimore, made by Louis W. Romoser,
dated April 9, 1918, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L., No. 3197, folio 295, etc.,
