CHAPTER 345.
AN ACT to authorize the State Roads Commission to con-
struct a highway in Kent County between Redding's Cor-
ner, near Still Pond Station and Hosinger's Corner.

CHAPTER 346.
AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and de-
vises contained in the last wills and testaments and codi-
cils thereto of certain persons, deceased, and also to cer-
tain gifts, grants, mortgages, assignments of mortgages,
sales, leases and deeds made by various persons to and
for the use and benefit of sundry ministerial persons,
religious corporations, denominations or sects, and to cer-
tain charitable institutions.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be, and the same are hereby declared, given and
granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, mort-
gages, assignments of mortgages, sales, leases and deeds to and
for the use and benefit of certain ministerial persons, religious
corporations, denominations or sects, and to certain charitable
institutions as herein set forth.
1. To the grant and deed made and executed by Alcaeus
Hooper, surviving trustee to Woman's Foreign Missionary
Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, a New York cor-
poration, said deed being dated January 23, 1918, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber
S. C. L., No. 3182, folio 477, and to the holding and disposing
of the property therein described by the said Woman's For-
eign Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church
according to law.
2. To sundry bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of William L. Fleagle, late of Carroll County, deceased,
as follows: (a) to the Trustees of Emanuel Lutheran Church
at Baust, in Carroll County, Maryland, the sum of two hun-
dred dollars; (b) to the Trustees of the Church of God at
Frizellburg, Carroll County, Maryland, the sum of three hun-
dred dollars; (c) to the Trustees of Findlay College of the
