ties of the United States in the recent World War, which
records, books, papers or proceedings shall be open to the
inspection of any one interested therein. And said Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Carroll County, shall allow none of said
books, papers, records or proceedings to be taken from his
office, except moving picture films or similar records, and then
only for "public exhibition by some charitable, educational,
religious or patriotic organization, upon an occasion and at a
time, and under such restrictions, as said Clerk may deem
right and proper; provided that the Circuit Court for Carroll
County may in all cases authorize the temporary removal
of any such record, book, paper or proceedings deposited for
safe keeping with its Clerk.

CHAPTER 341.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 1 to 27, inclusive, as passed by the
Maryland Legislature. Session of 1908, operative in Kent
County, Maryland, and known as 21 1/2, namely a law to
incorporate the town of Still Poud, Kent County, Mary-
land.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 2 to 27, inclusive, incorporating the town
of Still Pond, Kent County, Maryland, Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed Session January, 1908, known
as No. 21 1/2, Public Local Laws for Kent County, Maryland,
is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 16, 1920.

CHAPTER 342.

AN ACT to authorize and request the State Roads Commis-
sion to construct a State highway from Camp Laurel to
Camp Meade, as a memorial highway.
