SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That as to the general
equipments of the building, the Building Committee can in-
clude said equipments in their invitation for sealed proposals
as provided for in Section 4, or can purchase said equipments
in any other way or manner as may by them be deemed best,
the County Treasurer paying the warrants of the said Build-
ing Committee for equipments in the same manner and under
the same terms as if the contract for equipments was awarded
as set forth in Section 4.

SEC. 10. And be it further enacted, That the provisions of
this Act shall be subject to the furnishing of land, the title to
which shall be in the Board of Education of Caroline County
as provided by Article 77, Section 24 of Volume 4 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland, free of all expense to Caroline
County and to the said Board of Education of Caroline County,
which shall be deemed adequate in size and proper in location
to the majority of the Committee of seven mentioned in Sec-
tion 3 of this Act, and upon a majority of said Committee so
certifying to the County Commissioners of Caroline County.

SEC. 11. And be it further enacted, That the title to the
building provided by this Act to be erected shall, when erected,
be in the Board of Education of Caroline County, as provided
by Article 77, Section 24. of Volume 4, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland.

SEC. 12. And be it further enacted, That this Act is an
emergency law and necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public health and safety, and having been passed by a
yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of all the members
elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 321.

AN ACT to amend an Act of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, passed at the January Session, eighteen hundred
and eighty-four, being Chapter 425 of the Acts of said
session, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Maryland
Title Insurance and Trust Company," by enacting an
additional section thereto for the purpose of defining the
trust powers of the said corporation.
