and twenty-five (125) yards from the shore in said waters
nor nearer than three hundred (300) yards of any other blind,
and only bona fide citizens of said county can have and main-
tain a blind.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That any person vio-
lating the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this Act shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction before a Justice
of the Peace of said county, shall be subject to a fine of not less
than fifty ($50.00) dollars for each offense, said fine or fines
to be imposed and collected as other fines are imposed and
collected and to be paid into the County Treasury for the use
of the public schools of said county. The Justice of the Peace
shall also order the blind to be removed by the person placing
it there and in the event of his refusal or failure to do so, the
said Justice shall order it removed at the expense of said per-
son, the cost of the removal to be added to the fine and col-
lected in the same manner as said fine is collected.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted. That it shall be unlaw-
ful for any person to have a motor-boat or house-boat at an-
chor or adrift on the feeding grounds of ducks. Any person
violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction
before a Justice of the Peace of said county, be subject to a
fine of one hundred ($100.00) dollars for each offense, said
fine or fines to be collected in the same manner as provided in
Section 3.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 265.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 458
of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Harford County," sub-title "State's Attor-
ney," increasing the salary of the State's Attorney.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 458 of Article 13 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County." sub-title
"State's Attorney," be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
