Maryland and the same shall thereafter be resold, transferred
or disposed of otherwise than by sale upon or through the Balti-
more market it shall be the duty of said buyer of said tobacco
within thirty days after any such resale, transfer or disposi-
tion of such tobacco, to report to the Maryland State Board of
Agriculture, upon a form prescribed by said Board, the
quantity (expressed in pounds and number of hogsheads) of
each lot of said tobacco so purchased and so resold, transferred
or disposed of as aforesaid. Any person, firm or corporation
who shall fail to make said report as herein provided shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject
to a, fine of not less than $25.00. or more than $100.00.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law necessary for the immediate
preservation, of the public safety, and being passed upon a yea
and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members
elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 263.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the State Road Commis-
sion of Maryland, to build, construct and maintain a State
Road from Dublin, in Harford County, via Macton and
Prospect, along what is known as the "York Road" to
Whiteford, and to define the powers and duties of said
Commission in reference thereto.

CHAPTER 264.
AN ACT to regulate the hunting and shooting of ducks in the
waters of Wicomico River and its tributaries in St.
Mary's County, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful to hunt or shoot ducks in the
waters of the Wicomico River and its tributaries in St. Mary's
County, except on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays of
each week during the open season.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That it shall be unlaw-
ful for any person to have a blind more than one hundred
