21. South 71 degrees and 35 minutes West, to the point
of beginning.

SEC. 3. That all persons of the age of twenty-one yearss
and upwards, who have resided within the corporate limits
for six months next preceding any election of officers for this
corporation and who are qualified to vote for members of the
General Assembly of Maryland shall be entitled to vote at
such election. The elective officers of said town shall be a
Mayor, Clerk, Treasurer, Chief Bailiff and four Councilmen,
all of whose terms shall be for two years, two of said Council-
men to be elected annually. No person shall be eligible to
the office of Mayor or Councilman unless he is a citizen of
said town, is qualified to vote for members of the General
Assembly of Maryland and has title to real estate within the
corporate limits of said town. In case any person having been
