Section 2 of Chapter 9 of the Acts of Assembly of Mary-
land of 1916; Section 3 of said Chapter 450 of the Acts
of 1896 as amended by Section 3 of Chapter 592 of the
Acts of 1902 as amended by Section 3 of Chapter 460 of
the Acts of 1918; Sections 7, 9, 19 and 27 of said Chap-
ter 450 of the Acts of 1896; Sections 21, 22, 23 and 24 of
said Chapter 450 of the Acts of 1896 as amended by Sec-
tions 21, 22, 23 and 24 of Chapter 592 of the Acts of
1902, and to re-enact said Sections 2, 3, 7, 9, 19, 21, 22,
23, 24 and 27 with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 2 of Chapter 450 of the Acts of Assembly
of Maryland for the year 1896, title '' Garrett County,'' sub-
title "Loch Lynn Heights," as amended by Section 2 of Chap-
ter 9 of the Acts of Assembly of 1916; Section 3 of said Chap-
ter 450 of the Acts of 1896 as amended by Section 3 of
Chapter 592 of the Acts of 1902 as amended by Section 3 of
Chapter 460 of the Acts of Assembly of 1918; Sections 7, 9,
19 and 27 of said Chapter 450 of the Acts of 1896; Sections
21, 22, 23 and 24 of said Chapter 450 of the Acts of 1896 as
amended by Sections 21, 22, 23 and 24 of Chapter 592 of the
Acts of 1902. be and the same are hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments to read as follows:

SEC. 2. That the corporate limits of said town shall be as
follows: Beginning for the same at the southerly limits of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Right of Way and the easterly
margin of the road known as the Wonderly Road, and at a
point on said road which is North 71 degrees.

1. South 7 degrees Bast, 76 and 8-10 feet; thence

2. South 70 degrees East, 245 feet; thence

3. South 39 degrees and 45 minutes East, 714 feet; thence

4. South 42 degrees and 45 minutes East, 993 feet; thence

5. South 21 degrees and 15 minutes East; 1002 feet to
a point on the easterly margin of said road which said point
is North 82 degrees 35 minutes East, 31 feet from a cement
post standing on the westerly margin of said road; thence

6. North 82 degrees and 35 minutes East, 844 feet to a
cement post; thence
