SECTION 9. And be it enacted, That any person who shall
violate any of the provisions of this Act shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and shall pay a fine of not less than
fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than one hundred dollars
($100.00); each provision so violated, and where such viola-
tion continues from. day to day, each day's violation shall con-
stitute a separate offense for which an additional fine, as above
set forth, may be imposed; said fines to be recovered before a
Justice of the Peace, of Talbot County or the Police Justice of
Easton District, or by indictment in the Circuit Court for
Talbot County, and upon conviction, in default of payment
of the fines imposed together with costs, shall be committed
to the county jail for not less than ten days nor more than
sixty days, and the non-payment of each and every fine shall
be considered a separate offense within the meaning thereof,
one-half of all fines imposed shall go to the informer.

SECTION 10. And be it enacted, That all Acts, or parts of
Acts, general or local, inconsistent with the provisions of this
Act be and the same are hereby repealed in so far as they are
inconsistent with this Act and in so far as they relate to
Talbot County.

SECTION 11. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after June 1st, 1920.

CHAPTER 89.

AN ACT to repeal Section 105 of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-
title "Brooklyn," as enacted by Chapter 723 of the Acts
of 1908, said section being Section 138 of Melvin's Code
of Public Local Laws for Anne Arundel County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 105 of Article 2 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title Brook-
lyn," as enacted by Chapter 723 of the Acts of 1908, said
section being Section 138 of Melvin's Code of Public Local
Laws for Anne Arundel County, be and the same is hereby
repealed.
