SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, 1920.

CHAPTER 90.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 20 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Somerset
County," sub-title "Fences," said new section to be
known as Section 108B, and to follow immediately after
Section 108A of said Article, providing that in Deal's
Island every person shall be responsible for the safe-
keeping of his livestock.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Som-
erset County," sub-title "Fences," said new section to be
known as Section 108B, to follow immediately after Section
108A of said Article, and to read as follows:

108B. On and after June 1, 1920, every person in Deal's
Island, Somerset County, shall be answerable for his own
livestock and responsible for its safe keeping, and said live-
stock shall not be allowed to trespass beyond the premises of
its owner.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 91.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 83
of Article 11 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Banks and Trust Companies," sub-title "Savings Insti-
tutions." so as to provide for safe-deposit vaults and boxes
for hire.
