body of water in which the same is to be placed and its gen-
eral location or position therein.

SECTION 6. And be it enacted, That any persdn or persons
who shall erect, set or maintain any booby blind, stake blind,
floating blind, sink box or artificial point of any description,
as provided in this Act, shall at all times display thereon or
therein a number corresponding with the number as set forth
in the license issued therefor so that the same may be readily
identified; that it shall be unlawful for any person to alter,
change, remove, or otherwise disturb or destroy, any number
displayed upon any booby blind, stake blind, floating blind,
sink box or artificial point of any description erected or main-
tained in, on or over the waters of Talbot County; and that
it shall be unlawful for any person at any time to occupy, use
or shoot from the booby blind, stake blind, floating blind, sink
box or artificial point of any description or any other person
or persons without first obtaining the permission and consent
of the owner or owners of such booby blind, stake blind, float-
ing blind, sink box or artificial point of any description, to oc-
cupy, use or shoot from the same.

SECTION 7. And be it enacted, That any person or per-
sons shall have obtained a license as provided in Section 5, of
this Act, and shall have erected a booby blind, stake blind,
floating blind, sink box or artificial point of any description
as hereinabove provided for, and the same may have there-
after been destroyed or taken away by ice or by any other
cause beyond the control of the holder or holders of said
license, he or they shall have thirty days from the date of the
loss or removal of the blind within which to replace or restore
the same without forfeiting or losing the "set" or position in
which the same formerly stood.

SECTION 8. And be it enacted, That all owners of riparian
rights on the said waters of Talbot County shall, by virtue of
said ownership, be first entitled to make a choice of the "set"
or position in front of the property in which they are owners
of the riparian rights for the purpose of erecting and main-
taining any booby blind, stake blind, floating blind, sink box
or artificial point of any description, provided that said
riparian owners shall avail themselves of said choice of lo-
cality and clearly mark the same within not less than twenty
days prior to the open season fixed by law for shooting wild
fowl on the waters of Talbot County.
