floating blind, sink box, or artificial point of any description,
or to erect, set or maintain the same in said waters at a greater
distance than two hundred, yards from the natural shore at
mean low water mark, from which the same may be extended;
and in said waters it shall be unlawful for any person at any
time to erect, set or maintain said hooby blinds, stake blinds,
floating blinds, sink boxes or artificial points of any descrip-
tion, for the purpose of shooting wild foul in said waters
above referred to, distant from each other less than four hun-
dred yards, measuring in a straight line in any direction.

SECTION 4. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful
for any person or persons to erect, set or maintain a booby
blind, stake blind, floating blind, sink box or artificial point
of any description in any of the waters of Talbot County
without first taking out a license therefor, as provided in the
following section.

SECTION 5. And be it enacted, That any person or per-
sons residing in Talbot County may erect, set or maintain a
booby blind, stake blind, floating blind, sink box or artificial
point of any description, as provided for in this Act, after
first obtaining a license to do so from the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Talbot County on or before the first day of Novem-
ber of each, year, and said Clerk is authorized to issue said
license upon payment by the applicant of the sum of five
($5.00) dollars, to be paid over by said Clerk to the Treas-
urer of the County Board of Education of Talbot County for
the use of the public schools of said county, after deducting
therefrom the sum of fifty cents as a fee to be retained by
said Clerk for issuing said license. And it shall be unlawful
for said Clerk to issue to any one person or to any club or
group of persons having a common interest in the same,
licenses to erect, set or maintain more than one booby blind,
stake blind, floating blind, sink box or artificial point of any
description in the waters of Dickinson's Bay and Reed's
Creek, as defined in this Act, and more than two booby blinds,
stake blinds, floating blinds, sink boxes or artificial points of
any description in any other one river or creek of said Talbot
County.

All licenses issued by said Clerk as provided for in this
Act shall contain the name of the person or persons to whom
said license is issued, the number of the blind, the name of the
