visions of any public local law of Baltimore County relating
to roads and streets.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the fifth day of June, 1920.

CHAPTEE 88.
AN ACT to provide certain regulations for the shooting of
wild fowl in, on or over the waters of Talbot County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for any person at any time, in,
on or over the waters of Talbot County, excluding the waters
of Dickinson's Bay and Reed's Creek as hereinafter defined,
to shoot at or shoot any wild fowl from any booby blind, stake
blind, floating blind, sink box, or artificial point of any de-
scription, or to erect, set or maintain the same in said waters
at a greater distance than one hundred yards from the natural
shore at mean low water mark, from which the same may be
extended.
SECTION 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful
for any person at any time to erect or maintain or set said
booby blinds, stake blinds, floating blinds, sink boxes or arti-
ficial points of any description, for the purpose of shooting
wild fowl in said waters of Talbot County, excluding the
waters of Dickinson's Bay and Reed's Creek as hereinafter
defined, distant from each other less than five hundred yards,
measuring in a straight line in any direction.
SECTION 3. And be it enacted, That "Dickinson's Bay and
Reed's Creek," as in this Act referred to, shall embrace and
include all that body of water in Trappe District of Talbot
County, commonly called and known as "Dickinson's Bay and
Reed's Creek" and lying northwesterly of a straight line run-
ning from a stone planted on the shore on the south side of a
pond on Reed's Point to the extreme end of Ho well's Point;
that in, on or over said waters of Dickinson's Bay and Reed's
Creek it shall be unlawful for any person at any time to shoot
at or shoot any wild fowl from any booby blind, stake blind,
