and completion of the aforesaid Public School House, the said
Commission shall turn over to the Board of County Commis-
sioners for Kent County all sums of money and property, if
any there be remaining in their hands. The bond provided
for by this Act shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Kent County, Maryland, and be recorded by him
and the expense of recording said bond together with the
premium paid a surety company therefor, if a corporation
bond is obtained shall be paid out of the funds in the hands
of said Commission.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That the aforesaid Commission
before purchasing its site, if any is necessary to be purchased,
and before contracting for the building of said Public School
House, may set aside and reserve out of the funds which they
shall receive from the County Commissioners for Kent
County, as hereinbefore provided, such sums as may be
deemed necessary for the equipment of said Public School
House, including costs of heating and lighting same.

CHAPTER 87.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Baltimore
County to construct a bridge over Northeast Creek, a
branch of Back River in Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore County
be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to build a
bridge over Northeast Creek, a branch of Back River, within
what would be the bed of Patapsco avenue if extended across
Northeast Creek, as said Patapsco avenue is laid down on
Bromley's Plat of Baltimore County, page 33, or at such other
place as the County Commissioners of Baltimore County shall
determine not over one thousand feet above the, mouth of
Northeast Creek.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That said bridge shall
be provided with a suitable draw of the width of not less than
twenty feet.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That said bridge and
roads leading thereto shall be constructed under the pro-
