of the, City and Suburban Electric Railway on the west;
thence continuing said line across the right of way of the
said City and Suburban Electric Railway and across the
right of way of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad in a
straight line to the southwest corner of Lot No. 1 in Block
No. 71 of said Riverdale Park sub-division ; and continuing
said line to the dividing line between Lots No. 5 and 6 in
Block 71 of said sub-division ; thence in a southeasterly direc-
tion along the western line of Lots Nos. 6. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.
12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32 in
Block No, 71 of said Riverdale Park sub-division to the
southeastern corner of Lot. No. 2 in Block No. 71 of said
Riverdale Park sub-divisi.cn thence in a straight line across
what in said sub-division is known as Taylor avenue to the
point where the south line of said, in said Riverdale Park
sub-division is known as Riverside Drive, intersects Taylor
avenue, thence following the line of said Riverside Drive
on the south and eastern sides thereof until the same inter-
sects the south of what in said Riverdale Park sub-division
is known as Jefferson avenue; thence in a northerly direc-
tion and across Jefferson avenue to a point on the north
side of Jefferson avenue about 300 feet, more or less, east
from the southeast corner of Lot No. 18 in Block No. 38
in said Riverdale Park sub-division ; thence in a direction
bearing north of west a distance of about 250 feet more or
less to a point 50 feet east of the southeast corner of Lot. No.
18 in Block No. 38; thence in a northerly direction parallel to
and 50 feet east of the boundaries of Blocks Nos. 38, 78, 29.
24, 18 and 9 of the said sub-division known as Riverdale Park
to the southern boundary of what is known in said sub-division
as Monroe avenue; and thence at an angle and a northeasterly
direction to the dividing line of Lots No. 57 and No. 58 in
Block No. 1 of said Riverdale Park sub-division ; thence in a
northerly direction by and with the dividing line between the
said lots No. 57 and No. 58 in Block No. 1 to what is now
known as the Calvert property; thence in a westerly line to the
northwest corner of Lot No. 1 in Block No. 1 of said Riverdale
Park sub-division ; thence running south along the eastern side
of the Baltimore-Washington Boulevard to a point directly
opposite the southern side of the Colesville Road, where
said Colesville Road commences at the said Washington-Balti-
