such sale being made are hereby authorized to convey all the
right, title and interest of the State in and to the said entire
lots of ground .to the purchaser or purchasers thereof by deed
or deeds to be duly executed by them.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the proceeds of the
sale or sales of said property shall be paid to the State Treas-
urer to be held by him. for the account of the said Maryland
Industrial Training School for Girls.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the said Treas-
urer and the State Comptroller shall disburse the full amount
received as the proceeds of such sale or sales under the pro-
visions of this Act upon the order or orders of the Board of
Managers of the Maryland Industrial Training School for
Girls on account of the purchase price of a site for said Mary-
land Industrial Training School for Girls in the country,
and | or for the cost of erection of suitable buildings on such
site on the cottage system; and that such proceeds shall be
used only for such purposes, and shall not be diverted to any
other purpose, nor be transferred to any other fund by the
State, city or county authorities.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted. That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of the public safety, and being passed
upon a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly the same shall take effect from the date of its pass-
age.

AN ACT to amend Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Washington County," sub-title
"Foxes," by repealing Sections 148, 149 and 150.
