for the transaction of the business of the Court.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the provisions of
any public general law or any public local law which are in-
consistent with the provisions of this Act be and the same are
hereby repealed.

CHAPTER 72.

AN ACT authorizing the Board of Public Works to dispose of
the pieces or parcels of ground and improvements there-
upon in Baltimore -City and in Baltimore County, re-
spectively, acquired by the State of Maryland from the
Maryland Industrial Training School for Girls by deed
dated July 27th, 1918, recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L., No. 3241, folio 465,
and also recorded in Baltimore County; and directing
that the proceeds of the sale of said properties shall be
paid to the State Treasurer; and directing that the State
Treasurer and the State Comptroller shall disburse the
same upon the order of the Board of Managers of the
Maryland Industrial Training School for Girls on ac-
count of the cost of purchasing a site in the country and
for erecting suitable buildings on the cottage system for
said Maryland Industrial Training School for Girls and
for no other purpose.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Board of Public Works be and they are hereby
authorized to sell at public or private sale the lot of ground in
Baltimore City and improvements thereupon, and the lot of
ground in Baltimore County acquired by the State of Mary-
land from the Maryland Industrial Training School for Girls
by deed dated July 27th, 1918, and recorded among the Laud
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L., No. 3241, folio
4.65, and also recorded in Baltimore County, provided that
said Board of Public Works shall not sell said property for a
less amount than in their judgment is a reasonable price there-
for, and the said Board of Public Works in the event of any
