territory of Baltimore County, and all contracts and
agreements affecting land in said territory and where said
deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyances, bills of sale con-
tracts and agreements, and other conveyances were re-
corded with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Baltimore
County between June 1st, 1918, and January 1st, 1919,
inclusive.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly vf Mary-
land, That where deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyances, bills
of sale and all other conveyances of real and personal property
or any other interest, where the real and personal property or
any other interest is located in the portion of Baltimore City
annexed to said Baltimore City by Chapter 82 of the Acts of
the C4eneral Assembly of Maryland of 1918, and formerly in-
cluded in the territory of Baltimore County, and all contracts
and agreements affecting land in said territory, and where
said deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyances, bills of sale con-
tracts and agreements, and other conveyances were recorded
with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County be-
tween June 1st, 1918, and January 1st, 1919, inclusive, all
such deeds, mortgages, bonds of conveyances, bills of sale and
all other conveyances recorded as aforesaid, shall be and the
same are hereby made valid to all intents and purposes as if
Chapter 82 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1918, entitled "An Act to extend the limits of Baltimore
City by including therein parts of Baltimore County and Anne
Arundel County," had never been passed; provided, however,
that nothing in this section shall affect the interest of bona fide
purchasers or creditors, without notice, who may have become
so previous to the passage of this Act.

CHAPTER 710.
AN ACT to add nineteen (19) new sections to Article 56 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Licenses," said
new sections to be under sub-title "Boxing, Sparring and
Wrestling," to be numbered 116-A, 116-B, 116-C, 116-D,
116-E, 116-F, 116-G, 116-H, 116-1, 116-J, 116-K, 116-L,
116-M, 116-N, 116-O, 116-P, 116-Q and 116-R, to follow
after Section 116 of said Article, creating a State Athletic
