CHAPTER 66.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 82A
of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Frederick County," sub-title "County Com-
missioners," as the said section was enacted by Chapter
582 of the Acts, of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1914., and repealed and re-enacted with amendments by
Chapter 135 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1916, in order to provide that all county
taxes shall bear,interest from the first day of September
of the year in which said taxes are levied until paid.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 82A of Article 11 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County," sub-title
"County Commissioners," as the said section was enacted by
Chapter 582 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1914, and repealed and re-enacted with amendments by
Chapter 135 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1916, be and the same is hereby repealed and .re-
enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
82A. All county taxes shall be due as soon as they are
levied and if not paid On or before the first day of September
of the year in which they are levied shall bear interest from
said first day of September, until paid, at the rate of six per
cent per. annum, and at any time after the 1st of January
next succeeding the date of the levy, and not before, payment
may be enforced by sale as provided by law.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 67.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners
of Calvert County to issue the bonds of said county to
the extent of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars for the
completion of the High School building at Prince Fred-
erick, in said county.
