184-A. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or cor-
poration to sell or offer for sale any poultry soaked in water
or In have in his, her or its possession for the purpose of sell-
ing or offering for sale any poultry soaked in water. Any
person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this sec-
tion shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction,
shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars for each and
every offense.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 651.

AN ACT to add a new section to Chapter 209 of the Acts of
the General Assembly for the year 1916 (amended by
Chapter 309 of the Acts of the General Assembly for the
year 1918) as codified in Volume 4 of the Annotated
Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland, as Article
66-A, title "Moving Pictures," said section to come in
after Section 20 thereof, and to be known as Section 20-A
thereof, prohibiting the attachment of any certificate, or
statement of approval to any film, reel or view which lias
not been approved by the Maryland State Board of Cen-
sors, and imposing a penalty for violation.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and the same is hereby added to
Chapter 209 of the Acts of the General Assembly for the year
]91b (amended by Chapter 309 of the Acts of the General
Assembly for the year 1918) as codified in Volume 4 of the
Annotated Code of the Public General Laws of Maryland, as
Article G6-A, title "Moving Pictures," said section to come
in alter Section 20, and to be known as Section 20-A thereof,
and to read as follows:

20-A. No person shall attach to or use in connection with
any film, reel or view which has not been approved by the
Maryland State Board of Censors, any certificate or statement
in the form provided by Section 7 hereof or any similar certifi-
cate, statement or writing, and any person who shall violate
the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
