CHAPTER 61.
AN ACT to require the State's Attorney for Somerset County
to act as attorney to the County Commissioners. Board of
Supervisors of Elections, the County Board of .Educa-
tion and the Sheriff of Somerset County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, Tha,t the State's Attorney fpr Somerset County be and
he is hereby required to act as attorney to the County Com-
missioners, the Board of Supervisors of Elections, the County
Board of Education, and the Sheriff of Somerset County, and
to perform such legal services as may be required of him
from time to time by said County Commissioners, Board of
Supervisors of Elections, County Board of Education or
Sheriff; aiid for such services the said State's Attorney shall
receive a compensation of three hundred dollars per year in
addition to that now allowed him by law as the State's Attor-
ney for Somerset County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts
of Acts in conflict herewith be and they are hereby repealed
in so far as they conflict herewith.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 62.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
105-F and- 105-G of Article 10 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-title
"'County Commissioners, County Treasurer and Collect-
ors," as said sections were enacted respectively by Chap-
ter 314 of the Acts of 3918 and Chapter 27 of the Acts
of 1916, and to add a new section to said Article 10, to
be known as Section 105-GG, to follow immediately after
Section 105-G of said Article, relating to the budget
system of finance for Dorchester County and authorizing
the County Commissioners to issue certificates of in-
debtedness for certain purposes.
