lie in Baltimore County, and of so much of the streets and
alleys in Colgate Park as lie in Baltimore County, as they
may deem advisable as public highways; and, in their
discretion, to grant to the Dundalk Company and the
Liberty Housing Company such franchises therein as
they may deem advisable.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore
County are authorized and. in their discretion, to accept a
deed or deeds from the owners thereof dedicating as public
highways so much of the streets and alleys of Dundalk as lie
in Baltimore County, as shown on Plat No. 1, of Dundalk,
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Plat
Book W. P. C., No. 5, folio 46, and of so much of the streets
of St. Helena as lie in Baltimore County, as shown on the
Plat of St. Helena, recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore County in Plat Book J. W. S., No. 1, folio 80, and
of so much of the streets and alleys of Colgate Park as lie
in Baltimore County, as shown on the Plat of Colgate Park,
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in
Plat Book W. P. C., No. 4, folio 22, as in their discretion they
may deem advisable, including as to all of said streets and
alleys, all storm water drains therein, but not including, how-
ever the following, to wit: the water works systems, sanitary
sewerage systems with their appurtenances and connections,
and all other pipes, mains, poles, conduits and wires with
their attachments and connections for the transmission of elec-
tricity, for the supplying of gas and heat and for telephones,
installed therein, title to all of which is hereby expressly re-
served to the owners thereof.

And in consideration of the surrender of such streets
and alleys, the said County Commissioners of Baltimore
County are authorized to grant unto The Dundalk Company,
its successors and assigns, and The Liberty Housing Com-
pany, its successors and assigns, respectively, immediately
and without advertisement, all of the rights of way. ease-
ments and rights in Dundalk, respectively, as particularly
set forth in three deeds from The Dundalk Company to The
Liberty Housing Company, dated, respectively, June 12, 1918,
November 11, 1919, and November 11, 1919, and recorded
respectively among the Land Records of Baltimore County
