CHAPTER 587.
AN ACT to add four new additional sections to Offutt's Re-
vised Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County,
1916, to follow Section 197, to be known as Sections 197-A,
197-B, 197-C and 197-D, changing the boundary lines
between the Ninth and Eleventh Districts of Baltimore
County ancl providing for the establishments of precincts
therein.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That four additional sections be added to Offutt's
Revised Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County,
1916, to be known as Sections 197A, 197B, 197C and 197D,
and to read as follows:
SEC. 197A. That the boundary line between the ninth and
eleventh election districts of Baltimore County as now laid
down, be changed and that the line which hereafter shall
divide said districts shall be as follows: Beginning at the
intersection of the centre line of the Harford Road with the
centre of White Marsh Run, thence northeasterly along the
centre of the Harford Road to the centre of the Great Falls of
the Gunpowder River, thence-westerly and northwesterly along
the centre of the Great Palls of the Gunpowder River to the
Old Harford Road; thence southerly and southeasterly along
the Old Harford Road to the division line between the ninth
and eleventh election districts as formerly established; thence
southerly on said line to the White Marsh Run; thence south-
erly and southeasterly along the White Marsh Run to the
place of beginning.
SEC. 197B. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Board of Supervisors of Elections of Balti-
more County shall cause to be stricken from the list of quali-
fied voters oh the registration books thereof before the next,
election in Baltimore County, the names of all persons resid-
ing in that portion of the eleventh district by this Act made
a part of the ninth election district and shall cause such names
so stricken off as aforesaid to be transferred to the registra-
tion books of the ninth election district of Baltimore County.
SEC. 197C. And be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland. That the Board of Supervisors of Elections of
Baltimore County, in their judgment and discretion, from,
time to time may subdivide the election precincts of the Ninth
