payment thereof.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the title to all
property purchased as provided in the first section of this
Act shall he taken in the name of Board of Education of
Dorchester County, to he held by said Board of Education of
Dorchester County as other school property is held by it.

AN ACT to authorize and request the State Roads Commis-
sion to construct a public highway from Leonardtown, by
way of Hollywood and Uniontown to Sotterly, in St.
Mary's County.

CHAPTER 578.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 595 of the Acts of 1916 of the
Genera] Assembly of Maryland, codified as Section 20-A
of Article 99, of Volume 4, Annotated Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title, "Wild Fowl—Birds and
Game," sub-title, "Birds and Game," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

CHAPTER 579.
AN ACT to authorize the Board of Trustees of St. Mary's
Female Seminary to sell and convey, in their discretion,
a strip of land in the name of the State of Maryland,
separated from the other land held by the institution,
lying on the east side of the Maryland State Road, and
to apply the proceeds thereof to the needs of the Semi-
nary.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Board of Trustees of the St. Mary's Fe-
male Seminary, St. Mary's City, Maryland, be and it is hereby
authorized tod empowered to sell and convey, at its discre-
tion, in fee, all that strip, part or parcel of the original tract
of land standing in the. name of the State of Maryland and
