Glenmont-Colesville Road be paid to said Montgomery County
in two equal annual installments by levy upon all the taxable
property of the said Fifth and Thirteenth Election District
of said county.

SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That the County
Commissioners of Montgomery County be and they are hereby
authorized and empowered to levy a special tax at a rate not
exceeding ten cents on each one hundred dollars of the tax-
able property of the said Thirteenth Election District of said
Montgomery County in the year 1920 for the repayment to
said county of one-half of the said sum of four thousand six
hundred and fifty-six dollars and fifty-four cents ($4,656.54)
for completing said Wheaton-Four Corners Road, and to levy
a special tax at a rate not exceeding ten cents on each one
hundred dollars of the taxable property of said Thirteenth
Election District of said county in the year 1921 to repay to
said county the other one-half of the said sum of four thou-
sand six hundred and fifty-six dollars and fifty-four cents
($4.656.54) ; and the said County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery County are further authorized and empowered to levy
a special tax at a rate not exceeding ten cents on each one hun-
dred dollars of the taxable property of the Fifth and Thir-
teenth Election Districts of said Montgomery County in the
year 1920 for the repayment to said county of one-half of said
sum of four thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine dollars
ten cents for completing said Glenmont-Colesville Road, and
to levy a special tax at a rate of not exceeding ten cents on
each one hundred dollars of the taxable property of said Fifth
and Thirteenth Election Districts of said Montgomery County
in the year 1921 to repay to said county the other one-half of
said sum of four thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine dol-
lars and ten cents.

CHAPTER 54.

AN ACT to repeal, Section 195A of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title -'Baltimore
County," as repealed and re-enacted by Chapter 791 of
the Acts of 1912 abolishing the office of assistant to the
roads engineer of Baltimore County.
