LAWS OF MARYLAND.

CHAP. 92.

bcred two; Jefferson election district, numbered four-
teen; Petersville election district, numbered twelve;
Middle Town election district, numbered three; Hau-
ver's election district, numbered ten; Creager's Town
election district, numbered four; Emmetsburg election
district, numbered five; Woodsboro' election district,
numbered eleven, shall in all and every respect be, re-


main and continue the .same as they were before the
confirmation of the act, entitled, an act to confirm an
act, entitled, an act for the division of Baltimore and
Frederick counties, and for erecting a. new one by the
name of Carroll, and to alter and change the Consti-
tution of this State, so 'far as may be necessary to
effect the same.

Districts No. 8
'and 9.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the limits and boun-
daries of New Market election district, numbered nine,
and Liberty election district, numbered eight, of Fred-
erick county, shall be, remain and continue the same as
they were before the confirmation of the, act mentioned
by its title, in the first section of this act, except so
far as the said limits and boundaries may be altered and
changed by the lines and boundaries of Carroll county;
and that so far as the said limits and boundaries of the
said election districts, in this section mentioned, may
so be altered and changed by the lines and boundaries
of Carroll county, the lines and boundaries of Carroll
county shall be and constitute, to that extent, the limits
and boundaries of the election districts in this section
mentioned; and that the said election' districts in this
section mentioned, shall, in all and every other respect,
be, remain and continue the same as they were before
the confirmation of the att mentioned by its title, in
the first section of this act.

An act for the benefit of the widow and children of Hugh
Anderson, of the City of Baltimore, deceased.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Orphans' Court of Baltimore
county, be and they are hereby authorised and required
to admit to probatey the last will and testament of
