sonable time, to be limited by such ordinance, for tak-
ing the same, and Baltimore City Court shall ex-
ercise such jurisdiction in any case of appeal, as shall
be authorised by any ordinance that may be passed in

An act to Divorce Jane Didier, of the City of Baltimore,
from her husband Jefferson Didier.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Jane Didier of the City of Balti-
more, be, and she is hereby divorced a vinculo matri-
monii, from her husband Jefferson Didier.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Jefferson
Didier, by virtue of his marriage with the said Jane
Didier, shall not he authorized to have or claim any
right, title or interest, in the estate, real, personal, or
mixed, of the said Jane Didier, that shall be acquired
by her after the passage of this act, cither by gift, be-
quest or otherwise, nor shall the said Jane Didier, be
entitled in any manner to hare or claim any right, title
or interest in the estate, real, personal or mixed, oi
the said Jefferson Didier, that shall be acquired by him
after the passage of this act.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That the said Jane Didier,
be, and she is hereby declared to be entitled to the
custody and guardianship of her children by her mar-
riage with the said Jefferson Didier, during said chil-
dren's minority.
