CHAPTER 7.
An act to divorce Harriet Ridgely, of Baltimore County
from her husband, Greenbury Ridgely.

Divorce
|
SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the marriage heretofore solemnized
between Harnet Ridgely, of Baltimore county, and
Greenbury Ridgely, her husband, be and the same is
hereby declared null and void, and that the said Har-
riet Ridgely and Greenbury Ridgely, be and they are
hereby divorced, a vinculo matrimonn.

Guardianship,
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said Harriet Ridgely
he, and she is hereby declared to be entitled to the
guardianship of her child or children by her marriage
with said Ridgely,

A further supplement to the act, entitled, an act to pro-
vide for electing Commissioners for Washington Coun-
ty and prescribing their powers and duties.

Power'ts collect
costs &c.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Commissioners of Washington county shall
have full power and authority to collect in the same
manner that all other debts or charges are now col-
lected, the costs in all cases that have heretofore accru-
ed or that may hereafter accrue, and be chargeable a-
gainst individuals on petition for public roads, where
by the return of the examiners or the decision of the
commissioners, the costs shall or have fallen on the
petitioners,

An act for the relief of John Hancock.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Commissioners of Baltimore county be, and
they are hereby authorised and directed to levy upon
the assessable property of Baltimore county, such in
sum they shall deem reasonable, not exeeeding
