CHAP. 4
|
the said Richard Taylor and Barbara, his wife and
George, his son, or either of them, by the name of
Richard Shrive, Barbara Shrive and George Shrive,
shall be of the same force, validity and effect, and of
equal avail to all intents and put poses as if the name
of Richard Shrive, Barbara Shrive and Geoige Shrive
bad been the true and proper name of the said Richard
Taylor and Barbara his wife, and George his son
from their births, any law or custom to the contrary
notwithstanding

Inheritance
|
SEC 3 And be it enacted That the said Richard
Shrive shall be and he is hereby made capable in law
to transmit inheritance, as if born in wedlock
|

provide for the public instruction of youth in primary
schools throughout this State, passed at December ses
sion, eighteen hundred and twenty five, chapter one
hundred and sixty two, so far as the same relates to
Kent county

Clerk directed
to pay over
funds, &c.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That it shall and may be lawful for and. the clerk of
Rent county court is hereby required to distribute and
pay over the State School Fund received by him, to be
distributed and paid in the ycai eighteen hundred and
thirty-six, to the eighteen school districts in operation
in said county, and that the Trustees of the said seve

ral districts are required to make their report as special
fied by the act of eighteen hundred and thirty five,
chapter three hundred and three section five to the
said clerk, by the twentieth day of February eighteen
hundred and thirty seven, And be it enacted, That the

Time prescribed
|
time for the making the report to the Treasurer of the
Western Shore by the said clerk, be, and the same is
hereby extended to the first day of March, eighteen
hundred and thirty-seven
