Resolution authorising Captain Henry McKinnell to
take possession of six pieces of artillery, &c.
Resolved, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Captain Henry McKinnell be, and he is hereby autho-
rised and empowered to take possession of six pieces
of artillery belonging to the State of Maryland, and
cause the same to be repaired as required by resolution
number twenty-eight, passed December session, eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-four, provided, that the said
Captain McKinnell shall give bond and security, to be
approved by the Executive, for the safe keeping of said
pieces of artillery.

Resolution relating to a Fire Proof Magazine.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Governor and Council be, and they are hereby au-
thorised to contract for the erection, as soon as practi-
cable, of a fire proof magazine, to be located in such
place as they may select, for the safe keeping and pre-
servation of the powder and fixed ammunition belong-
ing to the State; provided, that the cost of erecting
said magazine shall not exceed one thousand dollars.
