Resolution in favour of Mablon Talbot
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is here-
by authorised and directed to pay to Mahlon Talbot,
late sheriff of Frederick county, the sum of fifty-eight
dollars, being so much money heretofore paid into the
treasury for certain fines imposed by Frederick county
court by the said Talbot.

Resolution in favor of Mary Ford.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is here-
by authorised and required to pay to Mary Ford, widow
of Joseph Ford, or order, out of any unappropriated
money in the treasury, the half pay of a second lieu-
tenant during her life, as a further remuneration for
his services during the revolutionary war.

Preamble and Resolution, in favor of the securities of
Samnel Warnick, of Allegany county.
WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assem-
bly that at April term of Allegany county court, eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-six, a certain Samuel Warnick
of said county was indicted by the grand jury of said
county for committing forgery; and whereas, John War-
nick, William Shaw and George Smarr, entered into
a bond commonly called a bond of recognizance in the
sum of five hundred dollars, for the appearance of said
Samuel Warnick at October term of Allegany county
