Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the first and second sections of an act, entitled,
a supplement to an act, entitled, an act to regulate the
inspection of salted fish, passed at December session
in the year eighteen hundred and thirty -five, chapter
three hundred and forty-eight, be and the same are
hereby repealed.

An act allowing Elijah Taylor, former Collector of the
First Collection District of Baltimore County, further
time to complete his collections.
|
Passed Feb. 23,
1837.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That an act entitled, an act to authorise Elijah Tay-
lor, former collector of taxes in the first collection dis-
trict in Baltimore county, to complete his collections,
passed December session eighteen hundred thirty-five,
chapter one hundred and thirty-six, be and the same
is hereby continued in full force and effect until the first
day of September, eighteen hundred and thirty-eight,
any thing in the act aforesaid, or in any other act of
Assembly to the contrary notwithstanding.

CHAPTER 52.

An act to authorise the Commissioners of Cecil County
to levy a sum of money for building a Bridge, and
erecting a Dam in said county.
|

1837.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Commissioners of Cecil coun-
ty he, and they are hereby authorised and required, at
their next annual meeting, to levy upon the assessable
property of said county a sum of money not exceeding
six hundred dollars, to build a bridge and erect a dam
