An net to change the terms of Prince George's County
Court.
|
Passed Jan. 30,
1837.
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland. That from and after the April term of Prince
George's county court, next succeeding the passage of
tin's art, the terms of said court shall commence on the
following days, set on the second Monday in October
and the first Monday in April, in each and every year,
instead of the days" now prescribed by law, and all
writs original, mesne or judicial, and other process of
said court, shall he returnable in conformity with the
provisions of this act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That nothing in this act
contained shall operate as a discontinuance of any
cause in said court pending after the next April term
thereof, but all such cases shall be continued over until
the next succeeding term created by this act

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all laws inconsis-
tent with the provisions of this act, be, and the same
are hereby repealed.

in Frederick County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly oj
Maryland, That. Benjamin Nelson, George Devilbiss,
Henry Nelson, William Hnbbs, and Anthony Kimmel,
be and they are hereby appointed trustees of the Cen-
tral School, in Frederick county, to act as such until
the first Saturday in August next, and until the suc-
ceeding election of trustees as hereinafter mentioned,
and the said trustees and their successors to be elected
in the manner hereinafter mentioned, shall be, and
they are hereby created, made and declared to be a

body politic and corporate, by the name and style of
the Trustees of Central School, of Frederick county,
and by that name to have succession, and be able and
capable at law and in equity, to sue and be sued, im-
