SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That upon the final ratifi-
cation of the commissioners' return by, the said county
courts, the clerks of the said county courts shall trans-
mit to the levy court of their respective counties, acopy
of the award of damages for their respective counties;
that the damages awarded for so much of the road as lies
in Montgomery county shall be paid by Montgomery
county, and the damages awarded for. so much of the
road as lies in Frederick county shall be paid by Frede-
rick county, and the expenses of the execution of this

An act to authorise the Commissioners of Ceccil county to
levy a sum of money for building a bridge over North-
East creek, in said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the commissioners of Cecil county
be, and they are hereby authorised and required at their
next annual meeting, to levy upon the assessable pro-
perty of said county, a sum of money not exceeding
eight hundred dollars, to build a substantial bridge
over North-East creek, at or near Hurford's mill where
the said creek crosses the road leading from the Rising
Sun to the Buck Meeting House.
