CHAP. 133

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That if any of the com-
missioners hereinbefore appointed, should by death,

tent to act, then and in such event the, levy court of
said county are hereby authorised and empowered to
fill such vacancy or vacancies, and all acts made and
done by such commissioners so appointed, shall be as
valid and effectual to all intents and purposes, as the
acts would be of those appointed in the first section of
this act. and shall receive ths same compensation as is

provided for in the third section of this set; provided
always, that it shall be the duty of ths said commissioners
before they execute said commission. t» cause a notice
in writing to be served upon all the pas-ties, the pre-
sent owners of the land upon which said landing and
road are proposed to be located, giving at least ten
days notice of the time when they will commence the
location.

An act to Divorce Julia Ann Becker of the City of Bal-
timore, from her husband John H. Becker.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Julia Ann Becker of the city of Baltimore, be
and she is hereby divorced a mensa et thoro, from her
husband John H. Becker.

A further supplement to an act, entitled, an act for the
despatch of business in Baltimore County Court.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the provisions of the second and third
sections of the act passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and thirty-five, chapter two hundred and thir-
ty-five, shall hereafter extend to all cases of insolvent
debtors in the city of Baltimore, which are pending in
