palled Prestidges Folly, heretofore executed by James
M. Buchanan, Trustee for the sale of thereat estate of
Joseph Hardesty, deceased, to William Hughes, bear-
ing date the twentieth day of October, in the year of
our Lord one thousand, eight hundred and thirty-four,
and recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arun-
del county, in Liber W. S. G. No. nineteen, folio
two hundred and twenty-two, be, and the same is here-
by declared to be of the same force, operation and effect
to all intents and purposes, as if the said William
Hughes had been, at the time of the execution thereof,
a naturalized citizen of the United States.

A supplement to the act to regulate the meetings of the
Orphans' Court of Anne Arundel county, passed at
December session, eighteen hundred and thirty one,
chapter two hundred and forty eight.

SECTION 1. Be tt enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Orphans' Court of Anne Arundel
county, shall be and is hereby authorised to continue
its sessions from day to day, whenever it shall appear
to them to be recessary, for the purpose of examining
witnesses, or hearing an argument, or arguments, in
any case which they may hereafter have before them,
where the examination of the witnesses, and the hear-
ing of the argument, cannot be concluded on the usual
day of their meeting, upon which said examination of
witnesses or said argument shall have commenced.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That so much of the act
to regulate the meetings of the Orphans' Court of Anne
Arundel county, passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and thirty-one, chapter two hundred and forty-
eight, as may be inconsistent with the provisions of this
act, be and the same is hereby repealed.
