beth Gibson, of the city of Baltimore, from her hus-
band, John Gtbson.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Elizabeth Gibson be, and she is hereby declared
to be entitled to the care, custody and guardianship of
her children by her marriage with the said John Gib-
son.

An act to alter and change the divisional line between
the third and fourth districts of Anne Arundel county
|

Line changed.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the divisional line between the
third and fourth election districts of Anne Arundel
county shall, from and after the passage of this act, run
from Poultons old tavern, along the public road, to
Samuel I. Donaldson's bridge, on the Patapsco, and not
from Poultons old tavern to the lower Ferry, as now
provided by law.

Defining.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the inhabitants re-
siding between the line as it at present exists, and the
line intended to be established by this law, shall, from
and after the passage of this act, be to all intents and
purposes citizens of the third election district of Anne
Arundel county.
