SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15, -
000. 00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and
the same is hereby appropriated for the payment of the
officers, employees and members of the General Assembly
of Maryland of the extraordinary session of nineteen
hundred and twenty, including postage, stationery, mile-
age and miscellaneous expenses; for printing for the Gen-
eral Assembly of the said session the sum of two thousand
five hundred dollars ($2, 500. 00), or so much thereof as
may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropri-
ated; for binding the laws, journals and documents of the
said session of the General Assembly the sum of twelve
hundred and fifty dollars ($1, 250. 00), or so much thereof
as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropri-
ated; for indexing the journals and documents of the Sen-
ate and House of Delegates the sum of two hundred dol-
lars ($200. 00), or so much thereof as may be necessary,
be and the same is hereby appropriated; for indexing the
laws the sum of fifty dollars ($50. 00), or so much thereof
as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropri-
ated; to the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk
of the House of Delegates for copying and arranging for
publication the laws of said session, the sum of one hun-
dred dollars ($100. 00) each, be and the same is hereby ap-
propriated; to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals for re-
cording the laws of said session of the General Assembly,
the sum of fifty dollars ($50. 00), or so much thereof as
may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropri-
ated; for copying and indexing the laws of said session,
as provided by Section 8 of Article 78 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, the sum of one hundred dollars ($100. -
00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and the
same is hereby appropriated; for the payment of tele-
phone service for the members of the General Assembly
the sum of one thousand dollars ($1, 000. 00), or so much
thereof as may Le necessary, be and the same is hereby
appropriated; for payment of the Governor's procla-
mation convening the extraordinary session of the Gen-
eral Assembly, the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars
($250. 00), or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and
the same is hereby appropriated; for cleaning the State
