157 ~ Writ ordering Sheriff to attach goods of Lawrence Crawford to a value of at least 20,340 lbs/tbco; signed 14 November 1694 by John West, Clerk of Court; requires Crawford to appear in January Court to answer for his debt to Francis Jenckins; note added on 16 November by Subsheriff Martin Trentham that he had attached negros and 5 yearlings, part valued at 3511 lbs/tbco.

161 ~ Robert Catlin, Pltf. vs. George Kendall, Deft; no declaration filed; Court rules a non-suit.
161 ~ Samuel Sandford, Pltf. vs. John Calhoone, Deft; scieri facias for 561 lbs/pork; withdrawn by Catlin’s attorney since payment was received.
