164 ~ Edward Greene receipt acknowledging satisfaction from Sheriff Ephraim Wilson for £9 and 502 lbs/tbco awarded in case against Hannah Maynard; dated 7 May 1697.
164 ~ Attestation by Chief Officer for Customs in Port of Bewmares that vessel Strict Indeavour, William Leggat master, had stopped there on previous 30 June, unloaded 120 hogsheads of tobacco in cask, and 20 hogsheads in bulk, and paid duties as required; dated 7 October 1697.
165 ~ Note from John Terrill to his brother Michael Terrill in Barbados; dated 21 April 1703 and recorded on 13 July 1703; recounts difficulties in his voyage; asks that he pay £5 to Capt. Francis Clyes, who had assisted him.
