142 ~  Henry Lynch, merchant, Pltf. vs. Heugh Porter, Deft. for debt of 704 lbs/pork; Peter Dent, attorney for Lynch, presents Porter’s account  from 1690 to 12 April 1690 in Manokin, for sundry merchandise; contains items relating to Bryan Conway, Henry Hudson, Richard Aldridge, Abraham Trice; proved by oath of Lynch and Teague Quillaine; Court finds for Lynch, Porter to pay costs.

 

144 ~   Andrew Whittington, innholder, Pltf. vs. William Piper, Deft. for debt of 299 lbs/tbco; James Sangster, attorney for Whittington presents account for Pipers accomodations from 1680; James Beauchamp (Beauchannon) attests to account; Piper pleads non assumpsit, puts himself on Court, which finds for Pltf. as declared; Piper to pay costs.
